FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to processing of organisms tissues with lower pressure. System contains data processing device, lower pressure source, pipeline, connected between lower pressure source and tissue section in flow manner. Lower pressure source is made with possibility to work at specified power level for application of lower pressure to tissue section. Reservoir is connected in flow manner with pipeline and lower pressure source and is intended for collection of flowing medium, secreted from tissue section. Napkin is made with possibility of placement above tissue section for supporting lower pressure on tissue section. Sensor is connected with lower pressure source and is intended for determination of pressure of lower pressure source. Data processing device is made with possibility to transfer, at least, signal about leak or signal about reservoir disconnection, into alarm indicator, if the actual level of lower pressure source increases set power level during set time interval. Indicator is made with possibility of alarm in case of obtaining said signal. Described is method of differentiating state of leak and state of disconnection.
