FIELD: electrics, engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. The device contains a sensing element 1 in the form of fiber, the dielectric insulator 3, electron optical unit 4, optical cross 5. The electron optical unit 4 is formed by a source 6 of electromagnetic waves of optical range (eg laser), whose output is connected to the input of the modulator 7, whose output is connected to the input of the optical cross 5, which connected to the input optical fiber sensor 1 and in parallel to the input of the phase detector 8, its second input is connected to the output of the cross 5, that also connected to the output of element 1. The dielectric insulator 3 is made in form of cylindrical surface that have a longitudinal air gap 11 and installed in parallel to the phase wire 12 of the fiber sensing element which installed on cylindrical surface of the insulator 3 in the form of transverse half-coils 13 connected in series. An axis of the half-coils 13 forms a curved line in the form of a meander. A source 6 of electromagnetic waves of optical range, eg laser, creates at the input of the modulator 7 a plane-polarized wave. From the output of the modulator 7 through an optical cross 5 a plane-polarized wave came to the input optical fiber sensor 1 and in parallel its came to the input of a phase detector 8. The technical effect is to simplify of the process of connecting of the operational current control device to the phase conductor.
EFFECT: simplifying the process of connecting of the operational current control device to the phase conductor.
