THE METHOD OF MODELING OF CICATRICAL STENOSIS OF THE TRACHEA Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC G09B23/28 

FIELD: experimental medicine.

SUBSTANCE: innovation relates to the medicine, in particular to the experimental surgery and may be applied to creation of the model of cicatrical stenosis of the trachea which is to the maximum effect similar to this pathology developed by people and to study methods of its treatment; stenosis is modulated on dogs; the trachea is intubated with a tubus of a rigid bronchoscope; a nozzle with a tampon wetted with 70% solution of acetic acid is placed into the tubus; the mucus of the front and lateral paries (1.5-2.0 cm) in the middle third of trachea is applied a tampon to for about 10 sec.

EFFECT: given the simplicity and low traumatism the modeling provides the development of coagulation necrosis and formation of cicatrical stenosis in the impact area within one month after the impact.
