FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for fast application, reliable fixation and dosed traction of cervical spine in case of traumatic injuries and various diseases. Splint for cervical spine contains supports for head and shoulder girdle, connected to each other with movable-fixing blocks, and carrying trapezoidal clamps. Supports are made from flexible and elastic material. Upper support is made in form of "crescent" in section. Lower support on upper surface has a furrow and corrugated bearing surface. Each of four movable-fixing blocks consists of a cylinder, inside of which placed is a spring-loaded piston with a line of holes along its entire length. On cylinder placed is a spring-loaded double-shouldered L-shaped lever-fixer, with possibility of contact of its sharp end through hole in cylinder with holes in piston. Piston is also equipped with pins, which project through cuts in cylinder. Piston is rigidly fixed on upper support, and cylinder on lower support. Along entire length to upper support fastened is rubber chamber with needled reverse valve. Supports are equipped with removable hygienic cotton covers with fasteners "Velkro".

EFFECT: invention insures reliable fixation and dosed sparing (without pain and bedsores) traction of cervical spine in case of its injuries and diseases or during post-operation period.
