FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: recombinant element (4) with a number of catalyst elements (8) arranged in common housing (6), which, in presence of hydrogen brought together with gas flow, cause the recombination reaction with oxygen; at that, housing (6) envelopes chimney-like catalyst elements (8) arranged in it so that the heat released during recombination reaction maintains the gas flow inside housing (6) by means of convection. And at that, at least one of catalyst elements (8) arranged inside housing (6) has the specified ignition zone (20). According to the invention, catalyst element (8) has catalytically active zone from porous material chosen so that in the specified ignition zone (20) in convection mode under ambient conditions of approximately 1 bar and 100°C at hydrogen concentration in incoming gas flow of more than 5 vol % there set is temperature of surface, which is higher than that existing under such ignition temperature conditions, which is approximately 560°C; at that, before catalyst element (8) on the side of gas flow there connected are flow focusing devices of the group including guide flaps, diverting flaps, turbulators and turbulence shapers.
EFFECT: increasing sensitivity of the system to pressure pulses or gas movement processes; improving reliability, safety of introduced ignition.
