FIELD: nuclear energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear plants comprising protective shell and pressure drop pipeline. Prior to pressure drop pipeline (10) on side of inlet inside protective shell (4) gas flow treatment device (24) is located in form of hearth-like flowing channel (26) with lower inlet opening (30) and upper inlet and outlet hole (32). Higher or lower inlet opening (30) in flow passage (26) there is first group of catalytic elements (34) for decomposition of hydrogen (H2) and/or carbon monoxide (CO), and pressure drop pipeline (10) has inlet hole (22) in side surface (28) above first group of catalytic elements (34) and below upper inlet and outlet hole (32). In case of accident with release of hydrogen (H2) and/or carbon monoxide (CO) in protective shell (4) before depressurization in mode of convection through flow passage (26) flow of gas mixture passes upward, while in discharge mode gas mixture flow passes from below and preferably from above in flow passage (26) and goes through pressure drop pipeline (10).
EFFECT: technical result is reliable control of critical scenarios, in which simultaneously with ejection of hydrogen and carbon monoxide considerable increase of pressure takes place inside protective shell (4).
