FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in the method, including fixation of an inductor system on a cleaned wire, supply of an electric current pulse to an inductor to create a pulse magnetic field nearby, at the same time there is a novelty, the inductor is made as flat and multiple-turn, a flat current-conducting anchor is arranged on it coaxially, the middle of the surface opposite to the inductor of which is pressed to the cleaned wire, arranging the wire at the same time in diametrically installed and axially directed slots of the inductor system casing, as a result, when an electric current pulse is sent to the inductor, vortex currents are induced in the anchor and interact with the magnetic field of the inductor and causing generation of pushing induction-dynamic forces, under action of which the anchor and the wire pressed to it are moved with high acceleration in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the wire, causing damage and shaking-off ice and snow stuck on the wire, under action of the counteracting forces of wire tension the anchor is returned into the initial position, at the same time electric current pulses are send as periodically repeating, as the wire is cleaned, the inductor system is moved along it. The second version - a device to realise the method of ice and snow removal from power transmission lines comprises an electromagnetic inductor, fixed in the inductor system casing, and connected to a pulse current generator, a facility to fix the inductor system on the cleaned wire, the inductor is made in the form of a flat multiple-turn coil from highly conductive material and is arranged so that axes of the inductor and wires cross at the right angle, a flat current-conducting anchor arranged coaxially with the inductor is introduced in the inductor system, being pressed to the cleaned wire with the middle of the surface opposite to the inductor by a pressing mechanism, besides, the facility to fix the inductor system is made in the form of a carriage, fixed with the help of a roller mechanism on the cleaned wire as capable of displacement along it, and a rod arranged at the angle to the cleaned wire with the possibility of its modification and hingedly connected by one end to the centre of the lower part of the front side of the carriage body, and by the other end - to the bottom of the inductor system casing, at the same time in the inductor system casing, starting from the upper side, there are two through slots being diametrically installed and axially directed, to locate the cleaned wire in them as capable of its displacement in case of a strike in a direction perpendicular to the wire axis, and connection of the pulse current generator to the inductor is made via a low-inductance transmitting line.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and cost-effectiveness of ice and snow removal from wires and lightning ropes of power transmission lines.
