The group of inventions involves a method for osteogenic and chondrogenic activation in a tissue area, a method of treating an osseous or cartilaginous injury and a composition for treating the osseous or cartilaginous injury containing a hypotension apparatus and a biocompatible frame.

EFFECT: use of the given group of inventions provides higher effectiveness of neogenesis ensured by stimulation of osseous and cartilaginous activity, healing and infiltration of the biological frame used.
