SUBSTANCE: titres of non-treponemal antibodies in blood are analysed in flocculation tests before carrying out diagnostic puncture and high probability of affection is stated if titres are not less than 1:32. Additionally if detected titres of non-treponemal antibodies are lower than 1:32, concentration of total immunoglobulins of class M is determined, and if the level is lower than 1.0 g/l, probability of neurosyphilis is also estimated as high.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase self-descriptiveness of method of estimating probability of neurosyphilis detection.
