SUBSTANCE: essence of invention includes application of E.coli strains, capable of producing thermolabile, thermostable and Shiga-like toixins, their cultivation with obtaining culture fluid, inactivation of cultures with formalin, combination of equal volumes of cultures obtaining complex preparation, which contains 3 types of antigens, sterilising filtration with separation of microbial mass from culture medium, dilution of antigen with phosphate-buffer solution pH 7.2 and sensitisation by its combination in equal volumes with 2.5% formalinised erythrocytes of sheep for 2 hours at 37°C.

EFFECT: advantage of invention lies in possibility to determine simultaneously three types of endotoxins.
