SUBSTANCE: device contains accumulator battery; voltage, current, temperature and electrolyte density sensors; charging current source, made as the first AC/DC voltage converter; the first LC-filter and the first controlled switch connected by its input to the first output of the first LC-filter and by its output - to positive electrode of accumulator battery connected by its negative electrode via the first current sensor to the second output of the first LC-filter and the second AC/DC voltage converter; the second LC-filter and the second controlled switch connected by its input to the first output of the second LC-filter and by its output to negative electrode of accumulator battery connected by its positive electrode via the second current sensor to the second output of the second LC-filter; command input unit; indicating unit; and controller.

EFFECT: activation of failed active mass of accumulator battery electrodes.
