SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at simultaneous liquid infusion and aspiration in human and animal bodies. A system contains an internal cavity having proximal and distal ends. The proximal end of the internal cavity is coupled with an infusion device. An external cavity has proximal and distal ends, and also a cavity wall extended between the proximal and distal ends and forming an internal space of the cavity. The proximal end of the external cavity is coupled with an aspiration device. The infusion and aspiration devices are designed to generate the synchronised pressure changes in the internal and external cavities. The distal end of the internal cavity is arranged in the internal space of the external cavity so that the liquid escaping from the internal cavity through an opening of the distal end of the internal cavity flows in the internal space of the external cavity and in such a manner that a liquid jet supplied from the opening of the internal cavity is occasionally dispersed against an exchange surface referred to the liquid exchange between a catheter and a surrounding tissue.

EFFECT: invention provides precise and reliable control of the hydrodynamic exchange flows.
