FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices of molecular exchange. Device contains case which has two internal cavities with proximal and distant ends, delimited with separator. Separator is located along case central axis. Cavities lay from proximal end to distal end of case and conducting canals for liquids are located in them on coaxial sides of separator. Exchange apertures are made in case. At least, part of each of conducting canals, located in the region of case exchange aperture, is made porous. Separator is installed along case, at least, for the length of exchange aperture. System for control of first substance concentrations in conducting canal for liquids of molecular exchange device includes molecular exchange device and control device, connected to molecular exchange device. Control device measures second substance concentrations in conducting canals for liquids and controls supply of first substance into conducting canal for liquids, preferably, in response to measured concentrations and more preferably where first and second substances can be identical or differ from each other.

EFFECT: application of group of inventions will make it possible to protect conducting canals of device against damage in application due to providing construction support in form of case.
