FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for treating seromas includes surgical thread from absorbable material, means of thread fixation in the thickness of biological tissues and on the skin and means for passing thread through biological tissues. Means for fixation of surgical thread in the thickness of biological tissues represents rod from hard material. Surgical thread is fixed to rod in the middle of its longitudinal axis. Means for surgical thread fixation on the skin represents disc from hard material. In the centre disc has two openings for fixation of surgical thread. Means for passing thread to the point of surgical thread fixation with means for its fixation in the thickness of biological tissues represents straight hollow needle with mandrin. Needle is longitudinally cut on one line in such a way that surgical thread can pass through the formed slit.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to eliminate seroma quite efficiently and reliably due to compression of biological tissues and bringing its walls together due to placement in tissues of devices for their compression by means of needles.
