FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air cleaning of impurities in vent systems. Proposed unit comprises intake pipeline 1, service tank 2, separator 3, water pimp 4 and sprinkler 5. Note here that separator 3 comprises intake, discharge and drain branch pipes 12, 13, 14, respectively. Note also that separator intake branch pipe 12 is communicated with intake pipeline first branch pipe 15 accommodating sprinkler 5 connected with outlet of water pump 4 with its inlet connected with service tank 2. Note that intake pipeline first branch pipe 14 is equipped with first shut-off device 6. Note also that service tank 2 comprises bubble tube 7, humid air outlet branch pipe 8 and drain pipe 9. Note that bubble tube inlet extends outward while section of this tube 7, opposite said inlet, is located at service tank bottom and provided with perforation. Note also that humid air outlet branch pipe 8 is furnished with second shut-off device 10 to communicate with separator inlet branch pipe 12. Note that first end of drain tube 9 extends outward while second end is located inside service tank 2, right under bubble tube 7. Note that intake pipeline 1 comprises second branch pipe 16 furnished with third shut-off device 11 communicated with inlet of bubble tube 7. Note that separator drain branch pipe 14 communicates with first end of drain tube 9.
EFFECT: electric power savings, higher efficiency of cleaning.
