FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to grain-based dietary, prophylactic and functional products. The product contains a mixture of wheat and oat grains, chapped grains of maize, peas, lentil seeds, alfalfa herb extract and probiotic B which mixture is poured with liquid for consumption. The wheat is represented by durum wheat grains having undergone thermal treatment by vapour explosion method; oat is used in the form of oatmeal. The components are used at the following ratio, g/100g of the ready dry product: durum wheat grains - 15.5-17.0, oatmeal - 15.5-17.0, peas grains - 15.5-17.0, maize grains - 15.5-17.0, lentil seeds- 15.5-17.0, alfalfa herb extract - 10.0-15.5, probiotic B - 5.0-7.0.
EFFECT: invention enables production of a new functional product used for sport alimentation.
