FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: SHF generator contains a system of matrix field emitter cathodes, a cavity resonator with a device for communication with the external load at a generation frequency, an accelerating electrode with holes for the primary electron stream penetration, the first and the second net-shaped electrodes (serially positioned) and a reflector. The first net-shaped electrode is designed as forming an integral whole with the resonator body. The reflector surface on the second net-shaped electrode side has secondary emission coating. The reflector is positioned inside the resonator and electrically connected to it via the locking reservoir; the second net-shaped electrode is installed between the first net-shaped electrode and the reflector nd is connected to the resonator body via a inner conductor.
EFFECT: increase of performance coefficient and power output of the generator with electron stream reflection.
