FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The composition contains oat offal, whey protein concentrate and milled oat stems (straw) at the following initial components ratio, wt %: oat offal - 15.0-60.0, milled oat stems (straw) - 10.0-30.0, whey protein concentrate - balance. The composition is poured with 20-60°C boiled water to produce a beverage ready for consumption. Depending on preferences the beverage may be consumed as an individual product and in a mixture with flavour additives, milk, kefir, varied juices and other liquid and paste-like products.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with enhanced biological value, allows to significantly activate the process of recovery after physical strain, reduce the period of adaptation (both to physical strain and to varying environment conditions), sustain immunity, reduce fat interlayer and enhance stamina.
