SUBSTANCE: method involves reducing gold (III) to gold (I), conversion into a complex compound and measuring luminescence intensity at 77 K. The reactant used is mercaptoethanesulphonic acid and luminescence intensity is measured at 515 nm.
EFFECT: low detection limit, wide range of determined content.
