SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical apparatus contains terminal effector which is made with dimensions for introduction through trocar. Unit of elongated rod is connected with terminal effector and control handle. Unit of elongated rod has distal section which adjoins said terminal effector for introduction into trocar. Unit of elongated rod additionally has proximal section which is remote from distal section to such extent that proximal section projects from trocar when terminal effector and distal section are introduced through trocar. Control handle is connected with possibility of pivot rotation to proximal section of said unit of elongated rod.
EFFECT: surgeon has possibility of moving handle part into ergonomically more convenient position when carrying out endoscopic procedure.
