FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: parted blade is turned by braking it radially and destructed inside the housing by the next blades into fragments. Said fragments are retained inside housing. Kinetic energy of any said fragment is absorbed by housing without penetration. Blade machine housing comprises shel ring with multiple sections combined in pairs by flange-and-bolt joint and provided with locating collar in bolt joint area. Every section of said shel ring has crimps arranged nearby bolts. Flange are loosened by grooves while locating collar is displaced into zone of flange deformation in the case of blade breakage. Crimps and grooves are arranged to increase parted blade radial path without penetrating the housing unless blade displacement from housing deformed section. Said grooves are arranged, mainly, nearby every bolt. Said crimps are arranged, mainly, nearby every bolt.
