SUBSTANCE: lithium-ion secondary battery (100) includes protective film (140) fixed on housing of battery (110), closing part in the form of safety valve (125) and destructible section (126). Protective film (140) has the first fixed section (145) located outside the unfixed section (144) corresponding to the valve and fixed on battery housing (110), and the second fixed section (147) located outside the first fixed section fixed on battery housing (110) through intermediate unfixed section (146). They are made so that the first fixed section (145) is separated when the part in the form of safety valve (125) is actuated, thus accelerating the separation of the second fixed section (147) liberating the gas to the outside.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of protective film during normal operation, easy separation of protective film during operation of safety valve.
