FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for intralamellar keratoplasty. First trepanation hole of cornea is formed in such a way that its bottom does not reach Descemet's membrane by value 80-120 mcm. Trepanation disk of cornea is withdrawn. On the bottom of trepanation hole created is canal to Descemet's membrane and coloured viscomaterial is introduced to it to the moment of Descemet's membrane detachment. Viscomaterial is washed out and hydrogel disk is implanted into formed space between stroma and Descemet's membrane. Withdrawn trepanation disk of cornea is placed into trepanation hole of cornea, after which air is introduced into anterior eye chamber.
EFFECT: method ensures prevention of scarring processes in cornea stroma and increase of degree of cornea transparency in post-operation period.
