FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology, namely to methods of performing complete stromectomy of cornea. Preliminarily additional trepanation section is performed to residual 80-120 mcm thick layer of stroma in central or paracentral area of cornea with diameter 2.0 mm. On the bottom of section canal with diameter 0.8-1.0 mm to Descemet's membrane (DM) is created. After that, injector is introduced into additional trepanation cut and DM is separated by means of coloured visco material.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction risk of injury to Descemet's membrane in the course of operation.
