FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining 3-(o-,m-,p-methixyphenyl)-teyrahydro-2H,6H-1,5,3-dithiazocenes, which cam be applied as antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral agents, as complexing agents, selective sorbents and extractants of precious metals, special reagents for suppression of vital activity of bacteria in various technical media. Essence of method lies in preliminary mixing of formaldehyde with 1,3-propanedithiol with further addition of o-, m-, n-methoxyaniline and mixing at temperature ~20°C and atmospheric pressure for 5-7 hours. Output of 3-(o-,m-,p-methixyphenyl)-teyrahydro-2H,6H-1,5,3-dithiazocenes (1) constitutes 66-83%.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of compound application.
