FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing polymer composite materials. This method involves the production of composite blanks from a mixture of filler with polytetrafluoroethylene powder. The blanks are placed in a chamber where an oxygen-free environment is created. The blanks are heated to a temperature above the melting point of the crystal phase at a rate of no more than 100°C/hour. Composite blanks with ionizing radiation, bremsstrahlung gamma radiation of an electron accelerator at an irradiation rate of 0-1000 Gy/sec are treated. The irradiation takes place up to the absorbed dose of up to 1000 kGy with a possible decrease in the temperature of the product during processing of no more than 2 deg/10 kGy. Heat treatment in the heating/cooling mode in the temperature range up to 380°C for normalization and stabilization of properties is carried out. The blanks are cooled to room temperature at a speed of no more than 100°C /hour.
EFFECT: reduction in the time of irradiation of the product, an increase in the utilization rate of the useful volume of ionization radiation and the production of composite polymer materials with improved performance characteristics.
