FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: pyroelectric target is made by successively forming a film of a composite target (Pb+Ti) on a titanium dioxide layer with subsequent stabilising thermal annealing at temperature 250-300°C and forming discrete elements with the necessary geometric dimensions which are made continuous with through-slotted openings.
EFFECT: high sensitivity which provides technological effectiveness, improved parameters, high reliability and high percentage output of non-defective devices.
