SUBSTANCE: liqueur for production of 1000 dhal whereof one uses the following components, l: wild strawberry mors of the 1st and the 2nd drainage - 1250-1260, raspberry mors of the 1st and the 2nd drainage -1250-1260, alcoholised wild strawberry juice - 1250-1260, alcoholised raspberry juice - 1250-1260, fermented-and-fortified wild strawberry juice produced with usage of strain Saccharomyces vini M-l γ-621 - 325-340, fermented-and-fortified raspberry juice produced with usage of strain Saccharomyces vini M-1 γ-621 - 325-340, fermented-and-fortified grape juice produced with usage of strain Saccharomyces vini M-1 γ-621 - 300-310, flavoured raspberry alcohol - 250-260, flavoured wild strawberry alcohol - 250-260, 40% water-and-alcohol extract of rosehips - 20, 73.2% sugar syrup - 2765-2835, water-and-alcohol liquid - balance till the volume fraction of ethyl alcohol equal to 20.0%.
EFFECT: improvement of organoleptic and nutritive properties of the product.
