SUBSTANCE: composition for wine drink contains the following ingredients: apple wine material, aromatizer "Vishnya", color, 65-70-% sugar syrup, citric acid, glycerin and food color carmoisin E122, ethyl rectified alcohol and water. The wine drink has the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: apple wine material, 120.0-180.0 dal; aromitizer "Vishnya", 4.0-6.0 l; glycerin, 0.4-0.6 kg; color carmoisin E122, 0.65-0.75 kg; color, 25.0-35.0 kg; citric acid in terms of tartaric one, up to acidity of 3 g/cu.dm; 65-70-% sugar syrup, mass concentration of sugars in terms of invert one, 60.0 g/cu.dm; ethyl rectified alcohol and water in terms of blend strength 25.0 vol.%. The wine drink has the following organoleptical properties: transparency: transparent with residue and foreign matters; color: from dark-red to dark-ruby; taste and aroma: mild, harmonic with slight chocolate-strawberry tint.
