SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric equipment and may be used to control both an asynchronous and synchronous machine receiving information on rotor position without usage of angular position sensor. The control device (5) for producing a command by voltage for control by actuation to an electric rotary machine (1) comprises a section (6) for calculation of a command by voltage of actuation for calculation of commands by actuation voltage for actuation of an electric rotary machine (1), a voltage generator (7) for assessment of position for generation of commands by voltage for assessment of position to assess position of the electric rotary machine (1), a voltage generator (8) to reduce noise for generation of commands by voltage for reduction of noise to reduce noise arising from the electric rotary machine (1) together with input of commands by voltage for assessment of position into the electric rotary machine (1), and summators (20u, 20v and 20w) for producing a voltage command to the device (3) of voltage application, produced by summing voltage commands for assessment of the position and commands by voltage for reduction of noise to commands by voltage of actuation.

EFFECT: accuracy of electric machine rotor position assessment and efficiency of noise reduction.
