FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cutting plate has face surface extending between top, bottom and two side surface extending between top and bottom surfaces. Note here that top surface is jointed with every side surface via angular surface on top surface every side. It has also major cutting edge formed at intersection of face surface and top surface, auxiliary cutting edges formed at interaction of face surface with every side surfaces, and angular cutting edges formed at interaction of face surface with every angular surface. Note here that major, auxiliary and angular cutting edges have front surface connected therewith at face surface. Front section of top surface extends backward from major cutting edge and upward toward central section of top surface at angle making 1 to 15 on side view of cutting plate. Front section of top surface extends backward from major cutting edge, bent and inclined downward to every auxiliary cutting edge on front view of cutting plate. Major cutting edge is inclined inside and backward from angular cutting edges on front view of cutting plate. Note here that its entire length extends over cylindrical surface.
EFFECT: higher cutting accuracy.
