FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides for preparation of charge components for sintering, composition of agglomeration charge, mixing and pelletisation of charge, laying of bed and charge onto agglomeration machine, charge sintering and treatment of agglomeration sinter. Mixed charge is wetted during pelletisation to 7.5-10% with the pulp containing dust processing waste of ironstone ores within 1.5-2.5%, which represent iron-chlorite ores, mainly amesite, chamosite and pennine, with fraction of 0.074 mm to 75 wt %. At that, iron-chlorite ores have the following chemical composition, wt %: Fe2O3=41.2; SiO2=24.0; Al2O3=13.07; FeO=11.23; Cr2O3=3.96; MgO=2.35; CoO=0.86; NiO=0.58; CaO=0.53; MnO=0.06.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing impact strength of agglomerate.
