FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat treatment methods of agglomeration of iron-ore concentrates in ferrous metallurgy. An iron-ore material agglomeration method involves preparation of charge components for sintering, composition of agglomeration charge, mixing and pelletisation of mixed charge, laying of a bed and charge onto an agglomeration machine, charge sintering and treatment of agglomeration sinter. Mixed charge is moistened at pelletisation up to 5.5-8.0% with the pulp containing 1.0 to 2.0% of fine crushed overburden rock of the Akkerman minefield of fluxing limestones containing up to 80 wt % of mixture of minerals of hydrogoethite, hydrohematite, gothite, siderite, pyrolusite, psilomelane, chromespinelide with the fraction size of 0.1 mm with further chemical composition (wt %): Fetotal=30.67; SiO2=23.20; Al2O3=9.50; Cr=1.09; MgO=0.58; Co=0.08; Ni=0.52; CaO=0.92; MnO=0.85.
EFFECT: method allows increasing impact strength of agglomerate by 0,95% and increasing production volume of useful agglomerate by 0,7%.
