FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: initial cement stock is annealed in an annealing furnace (4) under action of simultaneously supplied fuel and burning air, and then sintered into a cement clinker in a baking oven (5). At the same time some heat contained in spent gases released from the annealing furnace (4) is used to generate power with the help of a boiler section (18). Besides, burning air is supplied to the annealing furnace (4), as well as the burning air, which do not contain alkaline components and chlorides, and to generate power, spent gases are used, temperature of which makes at least 500°C.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to avoid formation of deposits on boiler pipes formed due to condensation of vapours of alkaline components and chlorides, with simultaneous increase of efficiency of heat energy conversion into electric one.
