SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to proctology. State of microcirculation of large intestine mucosa is assessed and obtained indices are compared with the norm. Assessment of microcirculation of large intestine mucosa is performed in zones of blood supply of superior and inferior mesenteric arteries by methods of laser Doppler flowmetry and optic tissue oxymetry. Indices of microcirculation, functional oxyhemoglobin saturation in blood of microcirculatory bed and relative volume of all hemoglobin fractions in tested volume of biotissue are determined. Measurement of tested indices is performed endoscopically during fibrocolonoscopy. If indices of microcirculation (M), functional oxyhemoglobin saturation in blood of microcirculatory bed (SO2) and relative volume of all hemoglobin fractions in tested volume of biotissue (Vr) decrease in the pool of superior and inferior mesenteric arteries, ischemic colopathy is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose ischemic colopathy by method of laser Doppler flowmetry, estimating state of microcirculation of large intestine mucosa, performed during fibrocolonoscopy.
