FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, namely, to determination of level of eyeball tissue trophism and can be used in prediction of peripheral vitreochorioretinal dystrophy (PVCRD) development in case of myopia. By means of laser blood microcirculation analyzer "LAKK-02" in mode "Wavelet analysis" parameters, characterising microcirculation in examined eyeball tissues are determined. By formula obtained in empiric way, where: M is average blood perfusion, SO2 is average saturation of microcirculatory bed blood with oxygen, SI is shunting index, Vr is volume of tissue blood filling, trophism index (TI) of eye membranes is determined. If TI equals 2.5 conventional units and more, PVCRD development is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine eye trophism taking into account exchange processes in eyeball membranes, thus increasing accuracy of PVCRD development diagnostics.
