FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology. Assessment of microcirculation of anterior abdominal wall by method of laser Doppler flowmetry and simultaneous determination of functional oxyhemoglobin saturation in blood of microcirculatory bed and relative volume of all hemoglobin fractions in tested volume of biotissue by method of optic tissue oxymetry are carried out. Assessment of tested indices is performed in epigastric area of anterior abdominal wall, to which anterior wall of stomach adjoins maximally closely. When assessment is performed on empty stomach, respectively: M=2.0-2.9 p.u, SO2=60-72%, Vr=4.8-7.2%, values of the same indices 30 minutes after food intake respectively: M=1.0-3.5 p.u., SO2=48-72%, Vr=4.7-6.4%, chronic insufficiency of blood circulation in celiac trunk is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy and reliability of diagnostics due to application of Doppler flowmetry, as well as makes it possible to detect disease at early stage.
