FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to maxillo-facial therapy. Complete sewing of soft tissues around tumour is performed, after that re-sewing is carried out in such a way that the second thread crosses the first one, forming continuous in form of chain of sutures. Infiltration of hemangioma tissue with sclerosing solution is performed. After that, two hours after operation applied suture is removed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of sclerotherapy due to prevention of washing out of sclerosing solution and complete blocking blood inflow and outflow from tumour, and in addition, improve cosmetic effect of operation.
