FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting devices that can collect dust or chips produced in cutting. In compliance with first version, cutter comprises cutting assembly with saw disc saw, billet to accommodate workpiece, and vertically displacing bearing device. Cutting assembly comprises saw blade case, moving cover, dust directing device, and dust guide drive. Saw blade case covers its top section and has dust exhaust element. Moving cover closes saw blade bottom part. Dust guide comprises dust directing element that closed saw blade edge section. In compliance with second version, dust directing device comprises first forming element forming the transition passage connected with dust container by one end, and second forming element connected by one end with dust removal element. Said first element is rigidly secured on bearing device. Second forming element is rigidly fixed on saw blade case. Second end of the first forming element and another end of second forming element are connected so that they can move relative to each other in vertical motion of cutter. In compliance with third version, cutter comprises dust directing device arranged on one of inlets and element outlet side for removal of dust with respect to dust flow. position of dust guide device varies relative to dust removal device in compliance with cutter position.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
