SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Padding for vacuum stems for reception of amputation stumps for application in prosthesis stems is made with double wall from internal padding and external padding and is closed at distal end. Internal padding and external padding are immovably connected to each other in distal third. External padding is made for sealing with prosthesis stem by bending over the stem edge in distal direction, whereas internal padding adjoins to its proximal edge is adjacent to amputation stump. Application of said padding determines sealing by means of external padding on the edge or on the external side of prosthesis stem. Application of said padding with prosthesis stem, which is made with double wall with internal wall and external wall lies in bending of external padding over internal wall edge and its projection into internal space between both walls of prosthesis stem.

EFFECT: inventions ensure improvement of creation of vacuum between padding stem wall.
