FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Stoma extender has main extender and multitude of extenders, located coaxially over main extender. Main extender has bushing and through hole. Main extender is made with possibility of installing along guide in patient's tissue. Each of multitude of extenders has narrowing distal end, proximal end and tubular case, and is held in separated from each other telescopic position by means of installation device of extender in such a way that section of each distal end projects from under other extender and can be gripped by medical worker for moving in such a way that extender of smaller diameter does not become inaccessible inside extender of larger diameter. Stoma extender can include hollow envelope, located over external extender. Main extender and multitude of extenders can be removed, with envelope remaining in hole in tissue. Other device can be inserted through envelope and envelope can be removed.
EFFECT: envelope is made with possibility to preserve hole in tissue, created by multitude of extenders, open.
