Biologically active additives in the beef mince are represented by fruit distillates in an amount of 5% of the mince weight. The fruit distillates is represented by a distillate of apples or strawberries or cherries.

EFFECT: invention ensures beef mince water-binding and water-retaining capacity improvement, the ready product yield increase, loss reduction during thermal treatment, improvement of functional-and-technological properties of mince as well as nutritional value enhancement due to macro- and microelements and vitamins contained in the distillate.
