FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to emergency brakes. Proposed device consists of the case tightly fitted in wheel disc opening. Said case has taper hole to receive the valve. Said valve may rotate and is secured to said case by pin fitted in clevis with holes. Said valve has ledge made from magnetic material and return spring connecting the valve with said case. Note here that signal receiver is secured to the case.

EFFECT: faster braking in emergency.
