FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry and specifically to biologically active polypeptides having analgesic action. Disclosed is a polypeptide π-AnmTX Her 1b-1, having analgesic action and having the following amino acid sequence: H2N-Gly1-Thr2-Pro3-Cys4-Lys5-Ces6-His7-Gly8-Tyr9-He10-Gly11-Val12-Tyr13-Trp14-Phe15-Met16-Leu17-Ala18-Gly19-Cys20-Phe21-Asn22-Gly23-lyr24-Gly25-lyr26-Asn27-Leu28-Ser29-Cys30-Phc31-lyr32-Phe33-Leu34-Gly35-He36-Cys37-Cys38-Val39-Asp40-Arg41-COOH.
EFFECT: invention can be used in medicine to treat channelopathies associated with tissue acidosis and for identification of topology and molecular mechanisms of the functioning of the ASIC3 channel.
