FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: pressure, temperature and heat flow measuring device includes combined pressure, temperature and heat flow sensitive elements on the basis of at least three dielectric films, the first one of which is the sensor base. Both surfaces of the third film are provided with the first armatures of capacitors with outputs and side screens, as well as film-type thermocouples. All films are fixed with adhesive films between each other and on the surface of the product. Film-type thermocouple is made in the form of the second armatures of capacitors with outputs and side screens formed on upper and lower surfaces of the third dielectric film coaxially to the first armatures. In addition, the proposed device includes a matching unit, a switch, two potentiometric amplifiers, a thermal noise unit, two memory units and two subtraction units, an information presentation and control unit, a pressure unit and a polarisation unit.

EFFECT: enlarging the application field, increasing informativity and pressure measurement accuracy, reducing the costs for performance of experiments, where it is necessary to measure pressure, temperature and heat flow.
