FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises making timer markers with preset regular intervals, measuring transferred fluid pressure at section ends in cross-sections at a time located there between and making 0.001 to 0.04 of pipeline section length, defining pressure gradient at two cross-sections at every section end, and defining fluid mass flow rate as well as instantaneous fluid mass flow rate at pipeline section ends for determination of fluid flow rate sliding mean balance to be used for controlling the presence of unbalance to be loaded into memory.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability, efficient control, expanded performances.
