The dough is produced at the following ratio of its initial components, weight parts: prime grade wheat flour - 56.0-61.0, milk with fat content equal to 3.5% - 30.0-34.0, fine salt - 0.19-0.29, sugar - 0.95-1.42, butter - 6.0-7.0, dry yeast - 0.3-0.4, chicken egg -1.5-2.0. The spread is produced at the following ratio of its initial components, weight parts: ground cinnamon -13.6-15.0, sugar - 68.0-72.0, water - 14.5-15.5.

EFFECT: invention ensures expansion of consumer properties range, in particular, taste properties range expansion.
