SUBSTANCE: invention relates to covers for packaging active component in fields of application where the said active component has to be protected from the environment to the time and/or place where it should be released. The releasing cover contains gel that contains cross-linked carbohydrate and/or protein polymer and an inorganic carrier. At least one active ingredient is associated with the inorganic carrier, in which the release of the active ingredient starts on contact of the cover with the external stimulus.
EFFECT: invention provides a greater content of active components and a wider range of active ingredients capable to be released.
