FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to surface straining of inner profiled surfaces. Proposed device comprises mandrel, case and hydraulic cylinder. Mandrel running in bearings fitted in said case can displace axially and revolve about lengthwise axis. Said case has complex profile working surface representing mirror image of blank complex-profile bore surface. Hydraulic cylinder drive said mandrel axially along with said case that houses hammer and waveguide. Waveguide allow applying static load and, by means of said hammer, intermittent pulse load.
EFFECT: expanded machining performances, increased depth of hardened layer and decreased roughness.
