FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cleaning mop containing multiple long fibres oriented in essentially the same direction. The cleaning mop (1A) contains: the substrate sheet (2) and multiple bundles (3) of long fibres envisaged thereon; each bundle (3) of long fibres is produced by way of joining together long fibres (31); the bundles (3) of long fibres are positioned in parallel and attached to the substrate sheet (2). Each bundle (3) of long fibres is bonded together with the help of fibre connection sections (32). Each bundle (3) of long fibres is connected to the substrate sheet (2) with the help of sections (21) for connection to the sheet. Each section (21) for connection to the sheet is envisaged to overlap one of the fibre connection sections (32). Each bundle (3) of long fibres is cut with rectilinearly cut sections (24), each rectilinearly cut section (24) formed within the area between the adjacent sections (21) for connection to the sheet. Each bundle (3) of long fibres contains cut fibres (311) and uncut fibres (312).
EFFECT: enhancement of the mop impurity catchment capacity.
